Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, huge sink, gas oven and stove and spacious work areas.

Fully equipped laundry with access to washing machine and dryer (we have left some laundry powder for you)

Living:
Bright and sunny living / dining which opens directly to our north facing entertaining and garden area

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, one an ensuite to the master bedroom, the other with a full bath and a separate toilet.

Outdoors:
North facing garden with large entertaining area and table and chairs fro 8+. Full gas BBQ - plumbed in so you won't run out of gas.
Large grass area for kids to play

Property features: Split system heating and cooling in family room, TV, DVD, BBQ, patio area for entertaining, kitchen and cooking facilities, laundry, living room, fridge & freezer, stove & oven, washing machine, undercover parking for 2 cars.

Guests will need to supply their own beach gear, including beach towels.
