The entire home is accessible to guests, except for the maid closet!

This lovely home is conveniently located on a main road lined with sidewalks that connect to everything you need for a great stay! Groceries, shopping, food, coffee, and convenient stores are right down the road. The Ashley Park neighborhood is comprised of many remodeled and custom new-construction homes. The neighbors are pleasant and keep to themselves. It’s an urban environment and there is traffic, but being centrally-located to downtown means all of the conveniences are just minutes away!

There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking and biking distance. Downtown is a few minute drive, or quick Uber/Lyft ride. The house has ample driveway parking with spaces for 6 or more vehicles

I chose this location because it’s incredibly central and convenient for anyone visiting Charlotte. This area gives you quick access to everything — you’re under 10 minutes from the airport, and only a short drive from South End, Uptown, Bank of America Stadium, breweries, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s the perfect spot for guests who want to explore the city without spending their whole trip in the car.

The neighborhood itself has a relaxed, residential feel while still being close to all the fun. It’s the best of both worlds: peaceful at home, but minutes from Charlotte’s most popular areas.

What makes this property unique

This property really stands out because of its amazing outdoor space. The home has a large private yard, a covered patio, a big jacuzzi, and a firepit — the perfect setup for unwinding, entertaining, or enjoying your morning coffee or late-night hangout outdoors. It’s a place where guests can relax just as comfortably outside as they can inside.

The home itself was a remodel I planned thoughtfully and intentionally from start to finish.
