Horrible!

The area outside by the water is NOT apart of the rental. No washing machine, window ac unit vents full of mold ( my child has asthma), tons of flies, spiders, ants. Huge rip in sofa, torn dining room chairs, broken fan, vhs only tv in BR. The outside had garbage laying by the door ( a broken counter top and old roof shingles, etc) the outdoor seating had a jet ski resting on it, did NOT have the view as pictured. No picnic table also pictured. I have been ignored by Evolve even with my PROOF of pictures. I am IRATE. I have been using VRBO for years, but never again!

Perfect Family vacation!

Our family recently stayed here for a long weekend trip. We had an amazing time! The cottage was so cute and well cared for and the perfect cozy little place for our family to relax after a day of fun. It’s a very easy drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany beaches which are where we frequented. Dave was extremely hospitable and very helpful in leading us to destinations perfect for our family meals & ventures! We will definitely stay here again when we find our way back to that area. Thanks again for a great time, Dave & Cindy!

Excellent vacation home!

This house was perfect for our family of four! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to stores for anything we needed and an easy 25-30 minute drive to beaches. We have young children, so being in a quiet area at night was perfect. Price point was perfect as well! I highly recommend!

Cozy Beach Cottage

We rented this property July 4th week and the location was perfect. Beautiful bay views and only a short drive to the beaches. The home owner was so accommodating and very friendly and we would definitely book again because of her. The cottage was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We just had a wonderful time!

Best Vacation Ever!

This cottage is perfect for a family getaway!!! We fit comfortably all 7 of us. Great hospitality from our hosts who were so welcoming and warm. Ideal location & 20-60 minutes drive to several beaches. View of the water is gorgeous & far better than we expected from the photos!!! Everything you need to cook is at your fingertips. My children keep saying this was their BEST trip ever: getting to see the water from the dock, handle horse shoe crabs and visit a different beach each day. We cannot wait to return!

The place was very clean and and organize. Everything is already there especially the kitchen.

We had a great time staying in this place. I really enjoyed cooking for my family because all the things I need is there. Cindy was very quick on responding to my text and email. She even invited us to her place next door and let us enjoy the at the dock which we had more fun than the beach. We would probably book this place again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation rental

I stayed with 6 girls for 3 night in this charming river view cottage. The house was a great fit for us. There was plenty of space for us to cook out in the outdoor space and relax indoors or on the porch. The neighbors (also the homeowners) were absolutely fantastic, kind, accomadating people. It was a great location close enough to places to go out at night and beaches and adventures during the day. We highly recommend this rental and will hopefully book again in the future. We would all love to visit again. Thanks again for the wonderful home you opened up to us and the memories!

Nice little cottage - great host.

The property was clean and had more supplies than we expected (paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee to name a few). It was not too far from the beaches and sitting on the screen porch at sunrise and sunset was a favorite. The best aspect was the host. We were a little worried when we learned the landlord lived on the premises because that can mean you have to put up with an overbearing person. However, Cindy was so kind and gracious. I would definitely recommend.

Easy drives to local beaches

Cute small cottage off the beaten path. Nearby grocery shopping and gas station. We visited Lewes (Pig and Publican 👍🏼), Rehoboth (Blue Coast 👍🏼👍🏼), Fenwick Island Beach, Cape Henlopen Park, the outlets during rain storm, and Ocean City MD. All easy 20-60ish minute drives. Cindy is super nice and accommodating.
