Parking & Vehicle Regulations

Home Parking: Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Parking on the street, grass, or in neighbors’ driveways is not allowed and may result in towing at your expense.

Overflow Parking: Available at the Barefoot Resort Clubhouse.

Restricted Vehicles: No motorcycles, golf carts, boat trailers, campers, motorhomes, or tractors permitted.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire 4-story townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, arcade lounge, gym, and rooftop deck.
You’ll also have access to Barefoot Resort amenities such as the resort pool, hot tub, and clubhouse.
A pool pass will be provided inside the home.

Other Things to Note

North Tower Pool: Open May–Oct, 9 AM–10 PM EST

Hot Tub: Open year-round during the same hours

A pool pass is provided for access. Lost or stolen passes incur a $350 replacement fee charged to the card on file.

Noise & Parking: No loud music, parties, or gatherings. No parking on roads or grass.

Vehicle Rules: No motorcycles, trailers, campers, or golf carts within Barefoot Resort.
