This newer built property features over 2,000sqft of amenities including two separate living rooms, PacMan arcade, work from home office, and exercise elliptical. Come relax at the tranquil backyard garden equipped with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and fire pit. Close to Thunder Valley, golf, Hard Rock, Toyota Amphitheater, wineries and breweries, and shopping at the Galleria. En-suite bedroom and garage will not be available to guests.

NEW FEATURES - New luxury vinyl flooring across dining room and living room areas. New 65` SmartTV with Roku Streaming in living room.


SPACIOUS - 2,000+ sqft. 4 rooms, living room, eat-in chef`s counter, formal dining area, work from home office, board game lounge and a beautiful backyard escape.

WORK FROM HOME - Work from home corner allows you to play and work. Connect to our fast WiFi for your Zoom meetings.

SMART - Equipped with key-less entry, 70` Chromecast-enabled TV, 45` Roku-enabled TV, fast internet, Alexa-enabled thermostat.

COMFORT - All beds feature premium mattresses to maximize your rest. Relax and sink into one of the many couches and sofas. For larger groups, there`s additional futon and air mattresses available.

FUN - Arcade machine (PAC-MAN, Galaxian, and More), board games lounge (10+ board games). Console gaming ready (PS4, XBOX, Nintendo SWITCH) on large TV.

BACKYARD - Enjoy a nice BBQ or roast marshmallows are the fire pit in the relaxing garden. Gardener comes once a week to maintain lawn and backyard. Neighbor helps with feeding the fishes. Both will try to avoid guest contact if possible.

AMENITIES - Enjoy a curated selection of teas and Starbucks coffee on us! Kitchen is cooking ready with comprehensive spice rack, full set of cookware, microwave, toaster and more. Laundry on site available. Extra bed sheets and pillows available.

The en-suite bedroom (not pictured) and garage will not be available to guests. 4th bedroom is Den with office desk, upper bunk bed, and convertible futon.
