Perched on a bluff overlooking Nantucket Sound, this waterfront home is part of a compound in the Harthaven area of Oak Bluffs that enjoys 150 feet of private beach.

You can rent this home alone or with the other house on the property (https://www.vrbo.com/4770982).

Fully and thoughtfully renovated in 2022, this house is furnished with pieces that exude both casual elegance and comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Rest from your daily adventures on luxury mattresses with high-quality bed linens.

The first floor features an open floor plan that capitalizes on the unobstructed views across Nantucket Sound. The outdoor spaces are as well-appointed as the indoor ones. The extended deck has outdoor sofas, tables, chairs, and a table firepit.

The resort-like private beach area features cushioned lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas, and two large firepits. You can also enjoy kayaks, paddleboards, and a tetherball pole. This house is one of three houses on the compound, so anyone staying at the property is welcome to relax on the beach.

A 3-night minimum stay applies during the shoulder season.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Move any indoor/outdoor furniture back to its original location. Ensure appliances (i.e. stovetop, oven) and gas to grills/firepits are turned off. Close all windows and doors.
Wash and dry as many of the towels as possible starting with beach towels then bath towels. Many renters find it helpful to do beach towels the night before departure.
Review any additional house instructions left by the homeowner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To confirm the lease, we will need your mailing address, email, cell phone number, and signature.
You will need to sign our beach/recreational equipment waiver.
