Stay in one of Charleston's most convenient, peaceful and safe neighborhoods--Kanawha City. This charming Cape Code, purchased in 2018 and remodeled throughout, provides guests with easy access to the University of Charleston, CAMC Memorial Hospital, the Capitol building, Kanawha State Forest, West Virginia International Yeager Airport only 5 minutes away, plus all the restaurants, grocery stores and medical offices along MacCorkle Avenue. Bedroom 1 features a king size foam bed topped with a mattress topper, while bedroom 2 features 2 twin beds. Plus, the couch in the basement converts into a queen size bed for even more overnight accommodations. The house features all the comforts of home such as fully-furnished kitchen, a hair dryer, central air and heating, washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. A bonus is the cozy gas fireplace in the main living room and electric fireplace in the basement.
