Location, Location, Location! Closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels—just 200 feet from the boardwalk! This charming one-bedroom apartment is part of AVA Cocoa Beach, a quiet 10-unit boutique vacation rental property known for its modern coastal style and resort-like amenities. Enjoy easy access to iconic spots: turn right for the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, or turn left for stunning views of rockets and cruise ships. Guests rave about our property with over 2,000 five-star reviews!

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This BEAUTIFUL one bedroom apartment features a king bed, bathroom with a tub, and a queen bed sofa sleeper. You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit.

This gorgeous unit has the following: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality iSerta mattress is in this unit.

There is a lovely patio out front with tables and chairs. In the back there is a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

Amazing Stay at AVA – Clean, Convenient, and Family-Friendly

Our stay at AVA in Cocoa Beach before our cruise was the perfect start to our vacation! The place was spotless, smelled amazing, and the location right by the beach couldn’t be better. The host went out of their way with thoughtful touches and even allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We also loved the extras—beach chairs, umbrellas, and volleyballs for the kids made everything so easy and fun. Highly recommend for a clean, convenient, and family-friendly stay! We’ll definitely be back again!

Fantastic little beach adjacent bungalow. My wife and I enjoyed our stay - clean, convenient, well supplied and felt like a modernized throwback to the 1960’s space program era. Great outdoors seating areas, grills and beach gear. Really appreciated the enhanced electrical outlets with ample USB and USB-C charging ports. We’ll be back!

Perfect short term rental close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. We had an issue with the internet and they had a tech there as soon as they can. If we are ever in Cocoa beach again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

What can I say, this quaint place is outstanding as always. This is our go to place when staying in Cocoa Beach. Clean & everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. The owner is super friendly & very accommodating! Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here (first time in July 2022, second July of 2024) in the same unit. We love how clean and organized the entire complex is, the unit we have stayed in is just the right size for an adult couple looking to get away for a few nights. The close proximity to the beach is awesome and the fact that the property owners have beach gear readily available to use is amazing.

Great Experience

We had an amazing time, the Apt. Is very clean and well put together, very convenient just a short walk to the beach with nearby, restaurants and stores. We visited Kennedy Space Center just a 20 min drive from here. The location is very peaceful and quiet. The host was very good and provided everything my family needed. I would highly recommend it can’t wait to come back!

The property was clean and well lit. The listing did mention parking was tight, however I was in a mini van and there was plenty of room for me to pull in and back out, parking didn’t feel cramped out all. The room was so clean and smelled so fresh! I will definitely be back to this property, as I travel to Cocoa twice a year for work!

Everything went smooth and was great! The property was well maintained and the updates were super cute! We needed to communicate with the manager to find a pack n play and they were very prompt in responding! (They are in the laundry room for any future goers!) would stay again, even my husband was impressed and that’s a compliment!

Great location, immaculate, and modern.

We had a really lovely stay! This location was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and our baby. We appreciated the beach supply closet and the outdoor shared spaces were so cozy and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and it’s still a five star stay, but if I could offer just a few very minor items for improvement - 1) adding room darkening curtains, 2) a quick tip sheet or something explaining how the sink faucets work - we never knew which direction was hot or cold in the sinks, and 3) some additional power outlets or power strips in the bedroom. All the finishes in the apartment were so lovely, and the bed and furniture were very comfy. Highly recommend this place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

Okay but very strict owner

Nice property but manager made me pay additional fees due to sand in the tub. It’s a beach property and once you come from the ocean, you need a shower. Bad plumbing needs to be updated if this is a problem. They also said we ruined their white towels with the sand, but white towels can be bleached so I am not sure why they decided to be so nitpicky. For this reason, I would not stay again. Property is beautifully done well located though. So if you choose this just be sure to keep these things in mind.

This unit has great finishes with updated kitchen, bath, and all furnishings. The location is just steps away from the beach to easily take in a sunrise view. Located in a quiet neighborhood with short driving distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent and a great stay!
