Property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, knives, drip coffee maker, plates, bowls, etc. Also well stocked for beach towels and toys/floats. House comes with 3 beach crusiers, which was a nice perk, but the bikes need to be serviced. Grill in the back is a flat top grill. Great communication with the property manager - super responsive and attentive. The house itself is on the smaller side. One of the full baths is on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and a bedroom in the third floor attic, making it somewhat awkward to decide who should use the first floor shower. Not all the bedrooms have closets, but all have storage of some kind. We had to hang some stuff in the coat closet on the first floor.
