The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please throw out all trash. There are trash (black) and recycling (pink) bins marked with #1, located behind our building on west side closest to Miller Rd.
Be sure that all windows and the patio door are closed and please remember to lock all doors.
Place keys, garage opener and parking pass on the table. $50 charge for missing garage opener or parking pass. $25 for missing keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The booking guest will receive a Short-Term Rental Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Do not use the fireplace!

Overall it is a very nice place. We were advised the day before we arrived the pool and hot tub were broken. Communication was good the place is clean, safe area and centrally located for our trip.

The condo was conveniently located near Old Town, Fashion Square Mall and other shopping. It was well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. I would definitely stay in this VRBO again.

We used the condo for our baseball tournament and spring training get away. Location was great and easy access to everything we needed. Host was great and responsive. The house seemed well stocked with everything that one would need, plenty of towels and toiletries. Only drawback was the AC seemed excessively loud and in the 100 degree heat it ran a lot. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place near the ball parks!

Property manager did let us know the pool was closed due to having maintenance completed and that the community was having road repairs, but it was just before our arrival so it was a little disappointing and tougher to get to and from. Otherwise, the property was very nice, clean and conveniently located. Property manager was easy to work with, and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your property with us for our girls weekend!

Beautiful complex in a convenient location! The moment we got out of the car you could hear the fountains going, what a pleasant surprise in the desert! This condo is modern and spacious with everything you could need for your trip. It has a well-stocked kitchen with coffee and tea supplied and very comfortable beds. The complex is very close to Frys's grocery perfect for any last-minute items, and less than 10 min to Old Town Scottsdale. The hosts gave excellent directions and were so helpful with my needs. Can't wait to come back!
