This is now our go-to place to stay in Destin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit was modern, clean, and very spacious. We enjoyed having the chance to cook breakfast in the kitchen and having it in the big balcony overlooking the pool in the morning. The blender was also great for frozen margs. Next time, we’ll be bbq-ing steak in the pavillion. The resort pool featuring 3 pools and a lazy river elevates the vacation experience for everyone. It was a nice end of day relaxation coming back from the crowded beach. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this property next year.Suggestions for improvement:- Check-in of 5pm and check-out of 10am is too late and early. Hire more cleaners and make it atleast 4pm and 11am.- They don’t let you use the pool until you check-in. It would be great if arriving guests can use the pool while waiting for their condo.- The pool chairs/umbrellas and pavillion chairs are scattered about. There should be staff that puts them back at mid and end of day.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and very clean, and the pool area was great. We were a bit disappointed about the distance to the beach. It was too far when hauling items/kids. In the future, offering an in-season tram service to the beach would be great. We tried to drive over multiple times, but parking was never available.
