When you first enter the property, you will see the open living area that flows into the fully equipped kitchen. There is space to entertain with 2 countertop seats at the kitchen island. The couch comfortably pulls out to a queen bed and can accomodate 2. There is a Smart TV in the living room that has all streaming apps and COX live TV. Off the kitchen is a door to the outdoor patio with outdoor dining seating for 4, a chaise sun lounger, and an umbrella.

Down the hall, the bedroom has a king bed, large mirrored closet, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has modern finishes with a large walk-in shower.

The real highlight of this apartment is its central location. You’re within walking distance to an array of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and a beautiful waterfront park. Just a short stroll brings you to Shelter Island, perfect for a peaceful walk, boating, or local dining. *This property has video surveillance on the exterior of the house. This is strictly used to protect the property. There`s a camera outside of the front door, outside the laundry room door, in the driveway, and facing the stairs.

BOOKING TERMS:
Per the cancellation policy, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund less credit card processing fees. These non-refundable fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and typically range from 3.9% to 4.7% of the total transaction amount. There is no grace period for Credit Card fees. Once booked credit card fees apply and can not be refunded.

Your reservation rate is guaranteed at the time of booking. Because we use dynamic pricing to match market demand, occasional last-minute discounts may be offered to fill unexpected openings. These promotional rates apply only to new reservations and will not retroactively adjust existing bookings.
