This is a great, safe area, and I love the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
The home features two bedrooms, one bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. No fenced yard.
The house is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes.
The entire house is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & make sure to register your pet if bringing it.
