LOCATION
Perfectly situated only 6km (4 miles) into the Sian Ka'an bio-sphere reserve - far away enough to feel like a secluded tropical paradise escape, yet close enough to Tulum's relaxed bohemian chic beach zone where boutiques, cafes, Riviera Maya's best restaurants, and cold-press juices are only a 10-15 minute drive away, which attracts at thoughtful traveller. This private community is accessible via the arch at the top of Tulum's beach strip.

The house has separate areas indoors and outdoors where one can relax, read, sunbathe and dine.

Relax, curl up and read a book under the brand new adjoining INDOOR/OUTDOOR BEACH DECK LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM (with palapa roof) while listening to the ocean or watch friends light up the BBQ. Make the most of morning tranquility with a rooftop yoga or meditation session on our newly appointed YOGA DECK. Have lunch brought to you while relaxing under the GAZEBO ON THE BEACH or on the villa's NEW SUNBATHING DECK situated on a dune overlooking the ocean (great location for evening meals!). Take cover and enjoy an afternoon merienda in the NEW STANDALONE COVERED BEACH DINING PATIO. Indulge with a sunset cocktail on the ROOFTOP TERRACE with its adjoining yoga deck with 360 degree views of jungle, lagoon and Caribbean; with its wildlife such as pelicans diving into the crystal clear ocean, frigates gliding overhead, herons, egrets, manatees, sea turtles, and even an occasional spider monkey.

BOARD BASIS
Our in-house Chef Chari is a wonderful cook and has received numerous rave reviews praising her fresh, authentic, home style cuisine. Our hosts, Felipe and Chari can shop, prepare, cook, and serve meals for you; freeing you for a relaxing and stress free vacation in paradise.

Uniquely, we charge differently than other villas, charging only a modest service fee service and you only pay for the actual food and drink you want. We provide all the services of an all-inclusive experience but also offer clients flexibility with with half-board, select meals, pre-stocking or do-it-yourself board basis options because one size doesn't fit all. In fact, with the thriving culinary scene in Tulum, most opt for a mixture of select meal service, do-it-yourself and dining out.

VILLA MANAGER/CONCIERGE
Our Villa Managers/Concierge, Jorge can assist you in coordinating transfers, meals (including your welcome meal), in-home massages, activities/excursions. They are your go-to for local information! They are based off-site but will usually greet you within 24 hours of check-in. He is available by email or cell phone (WhatsApp) before and during your stay.

The house has all the mod cons including air conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi internet access throughout, portable bongo bluetooth audio speakers in each bedroom, HDTV, satellite television, gourmet kitchen, BBQ, unlimited fresh drinking water (no bottled water necessary), room safes for your valuables, laundry service, free use of watersports equipment, beach towels, and more. Our on-site staff are there to ensure that you have everything that you need.

Nearby activities include: scuba diving the world's second largest barrier reef (Mesoamerican Reef) just offshore from the villa; snorkeling the Maya Riviera's famous cenotes; world class water sports: kiteboarding, windsurfing, parasailing, kayaking; world class fly fishing in the lagoons of Boca Paila that extend all the way to Punta Allen (over 30 miles of lagoon fishing known for the triple threat: Tarpon, Permit, and Bonefish); local excursions like a nature tour by boat along the ancient Mayan canals, or exploring Punta Allen by the lagoon side; touring the ancient Cobá Ruins; hot air ballooning; or simply browse the boutiques and frequent the cafés and restaurants of Tulum's relaxed boho hotel zone... then chase it with a in-home spa treatment.

Our most popular experiences include relaxing in-home massage; excursions include the combine nature reserve tour and snorkeling trip which collects you from the villa and deliver you to our favorite cenotes, local guided saltwater flat fishing, and Sian Ka’an biosphere.
