We enjoyed our stay in Indy. We were in town to run the Mini and the location of this place was perfect for that, and most everything else we needed to do over the weekend. Parking was perfect, allowing us to leave the car while we mostly walked and Ubered. The place was as advertised. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, and good coffee and donuts downstairs at Jack’s. If you’re running the Mini, or spending most of your time downtown, this is a great and affordable option.

Location and price was what enticed us to this unit. Four of us were attending an event at the Convention Center and appreciated the short walk via street or Skywalk. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well-equipped: coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, variety of pots and pans, dishes (for 4), cups and glasses. Plenty of linens for the extra beds.

Parking was as easy as it can be in downtown Indy and the info from the host was very clear and easy to follow. No murphy bed, which we planned for, but the air mattresses made up for it. Plenty comfortable. Very clean. Tremendous value.
