2-bedroom house on The Raquette River in fabulous Potsdam with cool AC

This 2 BR house/duplex is located right on the Raquette River. You will have access to a large yard with lawn games, fire pit, grills and kayaks. There is a small private beach accessible from the property. Colleges and downtown are a close walk with bars and restaurants only a ten minute walk away. You can have fun and host a party, I just ask that you don’t break anything and clean up after yourself. Pets are ok. There is a sectional couch and a futon so you can sleep 8 people if you want to pile in.

Great place convenient to downtown Potsdam. Very warm on the coldest day of the year! Excellent communications from the host and easy process. Highly recommended!

The place was well-located, clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower! The host was friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a folding table and enough chairs so we could have a family dinner there. We were also able to have our grandkids over for a movie on Christmas Day-- lots of room to snuggle on the couch in front of a giant tv. It was way too cold and snowy outside to take advantage of the big backyard on the river but summer would be great at this place. Our dog was very content to take long walks down the well plowed streets as far as the beginning of the main drag. This place suited our needs perfectly!
