A large sectional and Smart TV make it an inviting place to unwind after a day outdoors. The fully stocked kitchen features marble countertops, bold blue tile accents, and stainless steel appliances. A central island offers extra prep space and casual seating, while the adjoining dining area seats six beneath a woven pendant light, creating a bright and relaxed atmosphere. The home shares the property with the River Park Studio, located above the detached garage, but each has its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces. Guests traveling with larger groups can inquire about booking both units together, based on availability.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
