The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used linens and towels in laundry areas. Leave mattress covers and blankets on the beds. Dispose of trash in the large green can and roll to street when leaving.
Turn off ALL lights, ceiling fans and fireplaces before leaving. Set thermostats to 72 in summer and 60 in winter PLEASE make sure all remotes are returned to proper locations.
Private Beach parking FOBs are provided, but DO NOT LOSE THEM - $125 each to replace. Please return to proper locations. Ensure that all windows and doors are locked. Have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING Anywhere on the property! NO PETS PRESERVE ENERGY R DAMAGES Please report any damages as soon as possible.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM, Please be considerate of the neighbors.
NO PARTIES Family get togethers are OK but NO large parties!! Trash pickup on Tues and Thurs. Please empty into outdoor can and roll to the street.

Why they chose this property

This home is located on the island between beach and Sound. The Cedar St Park and pier on the sound is just over a block away and beaches just a few blocks away. Emerald isle is a great island for families. Kayaking and paddle boarding on the sound or frolicking on the beach, great dining options shopping and Fishing on the Bogue inlet pier or a visit to the Aquarium just up the island in Pine Knoll Shores are just the start of the many adventures you can find here. If you want to explore off the island, golf is a popular option at nearby Star Hill Golf Club in Cape Carteret and we are not too far from historic places like Swansboro with wonderful Shops, Restaurants, fishing and Entertainment. Atlantic Beach offers tours of Fort Macon, fishing boats, Restaurants, shopping, a skate park and other beach activities. Morehead City has beautiful waterfronts and shopping. Beaufort NC is a beautiful historic area where Captain Blackbeard frequented and the Queen Anne's Revenge sunk in the outer banks near there. It is also known for its beautiful waterfront, Shackleford banks Ferry, boat tours, historic tours, pirate tours, shopping, waterfront dining and much more.
