This place needs some work. There is no microwave, the paint is gloomy, the vents are filthy, the outside entrance is unattractive. The tub and shower liner were grungy and towels need to be replaced. On the positive side beds were comfortable, sheets seemed clean and the complex was in a nice area.

The apartment came as advertised and was easy to set up in. We had a full agenda and was not able to take advantage of the facilities like the pool. Some issues we reported were immediately resolved such as the a/c filter and the vertical blinds. Adam is a great manager and the maintenance guy, Hary, could not have been more professional taking our personal needs into consideration.

We had an amazing time. It was very nice very clean smell good. The neighbors were very sweet on Fourth of July. We were gonna go to the beach and shoot the fireworks off, but we have been at the beach all day and we came home. We saw neighbors that lived there shooting fireworks you know in the parking lot and I asked him if it was OK if we shot fireworks in the parking lot they said absolutely come and join us so we ordered a pizza and started shooting off fireworks. Had a great time. the pools are very nice. We looked in the closet the last day. We didn’t even know there were shampoo and conditioner in the closet, beach towels. They got everything that you need for a little small trip and everything was very clean and I really appreciate you. Let me stay at Your Pl., Adam. Thank you very much for everything and he was very helpful if you had any kind of questions all you had to do is email him and he would get right back to you. I mean wouldn’t even take him 10 to 15 minutes and you have a message so thank you again and hopefully I can stay at another one of your places another time. God bless you and take care.
