Beautiful sunrises just steps away from large private pool home

Private 3bd, 2BA, pool home featuring an inviting split floor plan. Master bedroom with shower ensuite at one end with two additional bedrooms and full bath with tub/shower combo at the other end of this L-shaped home. Swimmers have direct access to bathroom from pool deck. There are two living areas, each with 65" smart TVs to accomodate all viewing perferences. Four sets of sliding doors lead to the large screened lanai with solar heated pool. This area has plenty of seating, two dining tables, two loungers, a pass through window, 65" smart tv and a small refrigerator for beverages on a hot day. Decor has a fun mid-century mod vibe with a new, fully equipped kitchen, oven with air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, three door frig, free-standing mixer, breakfast bar, coffee bar with kuerig (single and pot capability), espresso machine, and two dining areas for family meals or rainy day games. In the garage is the washer and dryer, beach chairs, two bikes, easy-up canopy, beach unbrellas and various boogie boards. Ponce Inlet Community Center has pickle ball courts, paddles in garage. We make every effort to maintain the property, provide fun atmosphere and help maintain a quiet neighborhood. Before any bookings are accepted, the owner will contact inquiring guests to discuss your potential stay. This is a wonderful beach location to create memories. We have references from previous guests. We look forward to hosting your next family vacation.

Greg and Bevery have been married for 44 years. Greg retired in 2021 from the power company after 40 years of service. Beverly retired in 2020, from JCPS where she taught middle school math. We live in Ky where we are fortunate to still have all our parents to spend time with there. In addition to our dream home in Florida, we have a small RV in which we love roaming the United States for new adventures.

Why they chose this property

Planning for retirement, we began searching for a beach house in 2013, primarily in Daytona Area. We wanted to be close to Greg's parents' winter place in Astor, Florida but closer to the beach. After several years, dozens of homes, we walked into our forever home in Ponce Inlet. We are so grateful to live in such a beautiful home, close enough but millions of vibe miles away from the touristy Daytona area. The private, no drive beach is beautiful. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Absolutely heaven on earth,

What makes this property unique

Our home has a large, covered pool with plenty of indoor/outdoor living space. The house has 4 sets of patio doors leading from each area of the home to the pool area. The bathroom door from the pool allows swimmers to get to the restroom without tracking through the house. The laundry is in the 2 car attached garage. Having the dryer out there prevents the house from heating up when doing laundry. The mid-century modern furniture is fun and appropriate for the home and presents a fun, unique vibe as soon as you walk in the front door. The split floor plan allows everyone to have private spaces when staying at the house.
