Why they chose this property
We were drawn to this neighborhood for the views and the feeling of being completely surrounded by nature. It’s quiet, laid back, and has that close-knit coastal vibe where people look out for each other but still give you space. Even though it feels tucked away, you’re just a short drive from the marina, a great local restaurant, an ice cream shop, and a small bakery — so it’s peaceful without being inconvenient. It’s the kind of place where you actually slow down and enjoy being outside.
What makes this property unique
The property is all about simple, comfortable bayfront living. You can start the day with coffee outside, watch the sunset on a walk, or spend the afternoon kayaking, reading in the hammock, or making s’mores by the fire. The views are wide open, the surroundings are calm, and the space is designed to make relaxing feel easy. It’s a bright, welcoming home with direct access to nature — a place to unplug, enjoy the water, and settle in without much effort.
