The coastal & relaxing space features renovated bathrooms, plank tile flooring, split Floor plan with 2 sitting areas ( sleeper sofa) to watch tv. Perfect home for families. The pool deck is perfect for Game Table, Ping Pong, Fuseball, Pool, shuffleboard, as well as corn hole, sunning or relaxing in the shade. Both options are available. Very private with lush landscape and fenced in yard. Outdoor shower to clean up after the beach. Beach Chairs/ cooler in the shed.
Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this convenient location makes it easy to enjoy the beach in the morning, Shop at Tin City on
our way home & easily go to 5th Avenue for dinner & night life.

The neighborhood was safe and the home was close to both beaches and shopping. House was clean and neat. Backyard oasis is awesome!

The location and the fact it is A waterfront community. Being able to Bike to 5th Avenue, Cambier & Bakers Parks, & the beach. The new Seed to Table/ Oakes Farm 2 story market is being built right outside of the community this year... New Marriott hotel, & luxury villas are also being built.

What makes this property unique

The charm when you walk into the property: Large lap size pool, lush private yard, with outdoor shower, shed to store bikes, beach chairs, The fact you can kayak, enter the water across the street is very cool :)
