The first floor offers an expansive main area with a great ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room consists of generous, comfortable seating, large TV, and a gas fireplace. The huge kitchen will attract everyone who enjoys gathering around for meal preparation! The large island offers seating for 4 along with a convection cooktop. Also included are stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, Jenn-Air convection double wall ovens, 2 microwaves, and 2 dishwashers. Plus another refrigerator around the corner in the pantry. The dining room has a table with seating for 8 and a separate breakfast table for 4.
There are 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo and single sink vanity.
The media room offers an oasis to enjoy the big game with an awesome ocean view! Relax in 2 comfortable sofas in front of the huge flat-panel TV!
The second floor features 6 more bedrooms! The primary suite, with an ocean view and King bed, offers a flat panel TV, gas fireplace, and access to the 2nd-floor porch. The private primary bath consists of a whirlpool tub and walk-in, tiled shower.
Two guest bedrooms on this floor have a King bed, Twin sleeper chair, TV, and ocean views! Each has direct access to the 2nd-floor porch and a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Two more guest bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed each, and private access to the 2nd-floor front porch. Each of these bedrooms has a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Pricing & Availability:

For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

When making an online reservation on VRBO,
You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all of their guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
