Our family had a lovely stay, thanks to a well set-up kitchen, including sharp knives!!, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The bus stop was right around the corner, so getting around Seattle was easy. Our host was extremely easy to work with and quick to respond.

The condo was clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and furnishings. Its location was perfect for our family of 5 to attend family wedding events in the greater Seattle area, followed by a reception just down the hill at Seattle Harbor in South Lake Union. The neighborhood was peaceful. Moving in and out in the back alley was easier than parking further away because parking was scarce when we checked in and out. Angel was a kind, considerate host, consistently and promptly responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

House was neat and tidy. Accommodated 8 people (2 per room) well, there are stairs and top two rooms are on the third floor with the middle floor kitchen and sitting room. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cooking/eating ware. Quiet neighborhood and in a good location for restaurants and parks and recreation within a short drive (2-4 miles) enjoyed our 4 night stay.

This house was great for our family as we explored Seattle and the surrounding area. Everything was as advertised. Super easy check-in and a very responsive host. Living space is somewhat limited which wasn’t a problem for us since we were out and about each day but might not work as well for a group wanting to stay in. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, my stay was great. Parking was super easy to find, and the walk to the complex wasn’t bad at all. The place was really clean and felt comfortable as soon as I got there. The location was perfect too, everything was close by, so the drives were short, and I could even walk to a lot of spots because of how close everything was. And Angel was so easy to communicate with the whole time, always quick to respond. Overall, it was a really smooth and enjoyable stay.

Our group of six stayed in this house over Fourth of July weekend before catching a cruise. We had to pay a premium because of the holiday weekend, and the World Cup was happening so all of the hotels were full. The house was in a quiet, safe location with easy access by car to downtown Seattle and Fremont. The townhouse is a little tricky to get to because there is a narrow walkway that runs between two buildings, and our driver had a hard time spotting it. The bedrooms were fine and the bathrooms were well supplied and clean. The kitchen is very compact and there was not room around the table for all six of us to sit and have a meal. There are not really any restaurants or grocery stores within easy walking distance because of the steep hills, and we had to Uber everywhere or get delivery. This is three story and we sent the teenagers to the top level where they had a good time. All in all, it was a good stop for a short stay, but you may be cramped with six for a longer stay.

A great place to stay for a couple of nights. Convenient location and stocked well with amenities! Our host Angel had great communication and a helpful information packet. I had a last minute change of plans and needed a few more days... This place was booked already, but I wish it hadn't been... It was a fair bit nicer than what I was able to find! Thanks for letting us use your place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had 8 people, who all fit comfortably. The location is great, you can walk to restaurants/grocery stores (it's hilly in most directions but doable) or you can take public transportation easily. Every bedroom and the living room had AC and it quickly cooled down the house. Having the washer an dryer is also nice for longer stays. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seattle!
