Direct Cayuga Lake frontage, west-facing sunset views, and proximity to historic Aurora make this home a distinctive Finger Lakes base. Three bedrooms, two additional common-area beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lake-view living room offer flexibility for families and groups. Outside, guests can spend time on the dock and waterfront patio before exploring nearby wineries, shops, restaurants, and historic attractions.

Grill

A gas grill and propane tanks are available. Propane levels are not supplied or monitored, and guests are responsible for refilling the tanks if needed.

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent issues, including floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups.

Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day.

Snow removal crews serve multiple properties during winter weather. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.

Because this is a lakefront property, seasonal insects and cobwebs are common. The home is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, but additional pest-control treatments and cobweb removal are not provided during a stay.

West-facing Cayuga Lake frontage gives guests direct access to the water and clear sunset views from the overLater. The home’s three bedrooms, two common common-area beds, and two full bathrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, while the kitchen, living room, dock, and waterfront patio provide comfortable spaces to gather indoors and out. Historic Aurora, boutique shops, restaurants, wineries, and lake activities are all nearby.
