Both of the rooms have memory foam mattress toppers which helped get a good night sleep. The location is top-notch! We were able to walk to several attractions and shops.The patio could use a little TLC, but that is a minor detail to us. It was plenty of space our family! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was tops nice clean right on pigeon Forge strip close to everything only problem was microwave was broken and not fixed till last day.

It was in a good location but we had no hot water in the kitchen, the dishwasher didn't work, no stopper for the sink. most of the lighting was just lamps, walking on the floors was leaving black on your socks or feet, and we had a hard time getting the tv's to work. 1 remote was in a drawer and 1 tv was not connected.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Good value! You can see the main strip from the front even though it’s a side road and you’re right over the river in the back. The only problem was the wifi would drop very often, which I never tried to communicate with the host about. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Thank you!

This property was a great location, clean and as expected. We had no internet or tv( due to internet) the whole stay. Discussed with owner/ manager kept saying they contacted the HOA as they were responsible for that. Was never fixed during our stay.

Other than the floors being dirty, it was pretty clean. The only major issue we had was the wifi. The signal wasn't strong enough to even use the TV in the living room and it took at least ten minutes to get a signal in one bedroom to watch it. I work remotely and couldn't even send an email. If you don't need internet, then the stay was fine. Did have great communication with the property manager (or whoever replied to me) and he did offer to send a technician out to check it but our stay was too short to deal with all that.

When we arrived to the room everything seemed ok. After the kids ran around on the floors barefoot for about 20 minutes their feet were filthy. Tried watching TV in the evening and the wifi is so poor that you cannot load anything. When we inquired about this with the office, we were told people that rent out through Casago have been told to put routers in the rooms but they have not. The master bedroom gets very hot, they only have a very small vent rigged up to the unit in the living room. The toilet in the master bedroom has to be held down to flush. The shower head is very low on the wall for tall people. The next morning we got bowls out of the cupboard and 5 of them had dried, caked on food. On the last day at about 7am we completely lost hot water and was out until we left at 9am. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this.

The condo was not clean, floor was filthy. My granddaughters had brand new socks on and they were black in 5 minutes. Bathroom doors looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a year. Roller paper holder was rusty. I feel like pictures were very deceptive. Location was good.
