The home sits on deep water (around 20 ft year-round) and features a private dock with space to park your boat. (Please note: there is a boat on the dock—do not touch; it is not included.)

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen, another bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds, and a twin rollaway in the laundry area can easily be pulled into the living room for extra sleeping space.

Fun is included! Enjoy yard games, cornhole, a playground, and a firepit for evenings under the stars. On the water, take advantage of 2 kayaks and life vests for a day of paddling. For boating enthusiasts, the state park with a boat ramp is just down the road (fees may apply), and Harbor Light Marina is nearby for fuel and supplies.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a separate pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
