Welcome to 30 Cakebox Lane! Steps from StoveHouse restaurant and the Inn. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house sits in the heart of Suncadia on the 18th fairway of Prospector and is within walking distance to all the great places the resort has to offer. Perfect home for a quiet couple or good friends looking to spend a weekend at the spa relaxing from the day to day..... to a few families or golf buddies looking for a fun outdoor recreation filled stay. This three-bedroom home is great for many occasions and one of its finest qualities is the large outdoor patio equipped with fire pit and hot tub to enjoy outdoor living. You can watch the golfers finish out their round on the 18th fairway.

The main level holds an open kitchen design to the living room as well as patio access to bbq and fire-pit. Main floor also includes the powder room, primary bedroom suite with king size bed, full bath, large size washer/dryer and access to the 2 car garage. The family room and bedrooms all have upgraded Smart TVs loaded with apps to enjoy your favorite shows.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One bedroom is queen size and one bedroom has bunk-beds (twin over full) plus a twin daybed that sleeps two. There is also queen size aero bed available to use as well. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and the bunkbed room has a mini Nintendo with games!

The Suncadia Resort and surrounding area has many year round recreational activities. In the winter it is the perfect destination to enjoy a winter wonderland weekend with sledding for the kids or cross country skiing. Top summer activities in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort include:
-Rope Rider or Prospector Golf Courses
-Canoe, paddle board or rent bikes at Village Pavilion

Our family has been coming to Suncadia for years and it is our happy place so we finally decided to buy a house here. As soon as we hit the resort we immediately feel relaxed and get into vacation mode. We spend winters and summers weekends as well as holidays here because we love it so much. The kids spend the winters sledding all day and the summers enjoying the amenities around the resort while mom and dad love to take advantage of the amazing food and spa the resort has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this model and the lot was perfect for our active family. The kids can ride their scooters, roast smores or hang out in the hot tub together. We also love how this house is placed right in the heart of the resort and so we can walk or bike everywhere.

What makes this property unique

We have a wonderful backyard area with views of the golf course. Huge patio with fire pit, plenty of room for activities and a great hot tub!
