Beautiful home perched on the hillside in Lincoln City. The beach was perfect and surrounding community well kept. The house was perfect for our family and we would stay again. As noted, the driveway is really tight and parking is challenging. Thanks, Hansman Family, for a beautiful home to spend our Spring Break together!

We loved the house. If i had to be negative, all the stairs are no fun and parking is really bad. That's very common for home at the beach. So, we kinda was expecting it.Thanks a ton, we loved are stay.

Overall - great stay here! The property is lovely and the location is ideal for a vacation. The Pros:Community pool Neighborhood - great place to walk around Fire pit on the patio Grill on patio Volleyball courts close by Hosts were responsive and helped us get more propane The Cons: Driveway: getting up to the property is very steep, so make sure you are confident in your driving ability. It's very tight and if you don't have backup cams - good luck! Plus this neighborhood doesn't have many close food/dining within walking distance, so prepare for getting in and out of driveway. Spa: I had a large group of folks with me and we used the hot tub a few times in the first couple days, we noticed that it didn't have a strong smell of chlorine and we checked the floater that typically holds chlorine tabs and it had nothing. The spa quickly got a very strong smell and the water got cloudy. I stayed for 5 days and I told the hosts that I thought the spa needed some attention after the third day. They got back to me saying "we'll get back to you" in a very timely, kind and reasonable manner. But I didn't get any full answers until almost 24 hours later, telling me the spa policy is that it was fully clean before check in and they don't do mid stay service for the hot tub. I respect policy but I do not believe the hot tub was fully serviced at the time of check-in and I did not like that they didn't even try to service it before our check out.

Beautiful house for a beautiful weekend at the beach! This gorgeous 3 story house was the perfect coastal oasis. Each bedroom was comfortable and and relaxing. The main living area & balcony were great for enjoying conversation and the views. The firepit on the balcony was a nice surprise! Loved the hot tub too! I didn't think my kiddos would have so much fun here but the park and pool elevated their experience so much! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! Literally the only con of this property was the parking. The driveway was tricky to get up with our bigger SUV and truck
