My only critique was, and I’m not sure if this is a standard type of request… But it was really hot this weekend when we checked in, and that AC had not been turned down. So maybe would’ve just been kind of nice to have that at a more comfortable temperature when we arrived. Otherwise, everything else was awesome. And if that was the worst of it, I say we did pretty darn good. The owner was very communicative, it was a great location and a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. It was great.

This house was fine for our needs however the hosts do not answer questions or concerns about your stay. I had a question before our stay, which I messaged them twice about, and they did not respond. They charged hidden fees that were not stated on their profile. They also lock away the third bedroom/second bathroom and didnt answer when we asked about using it. So, just know this posting is actually a 2 bd/1 bath. Thankfully we didn’t have another issue but we were worried if we did, they would not help us. This company has horrible customer service and we will not book with them again.

The upstairs of the home doesn’t have central air, there are window units in the top two bedrooms. In the second room upstairs, the unit is in a closet where the closet door won’t open all the way due to the bed. The stay was on, but the rooms got very hot upstairs and if this would’ve been disclosed, we likely wouldn’t have stayed at this property.
