Convenience - Dedicated covered parking at entrance to unit, steps from beach

Convenience & privacy are main advantages to our townhome (2A4)! You are able to walk directly into your accommodations from the covered dedicated parking outside the unit door . Our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is located in Horizon South which is a gated family oriented complex and not a high rise. A plus to our townhome is that the bedrooms are located upstairs and have doors. We do not have a loft layout but instead a separate upstairs with doors which makes our more spacious in relation to many of the other 2 bedroom units in the complex. Also we have dedicated parking and not many in our complex have that feature as well.

You are not required to walk through any common areas or take any elevators to access our townhome. An awesome additional advantage to a townhouse is there are no guests above or below you so it is quieter and more private. We are located just inside the front gate and close to a pool and the beach.

Our unit has keyless entry for convenience so no need to worry about losing keys.
We installed new flooring (LVP) and replaced carpeting for a better experience.
On the 1st floor we have a washer dryer. The kitchen has an electric range with an overhead microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with needed items for a beach stay.

The den area is bright light and welcoming with new furnishings including a state of the art queen sleeper sofa with upgraded Serta mattress. The sleeper sofa has a trampoline backing that makes it super comfortable. There is a matching loveseat and chair along with a flat screen TV. There is a half bath for the convenience of your guests. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio.
I love sitting out on the patio and enjoying my morning coffee while scanning the news. We recently installed lights for the evening. This is a great area to relax with a cocktail while the kids watch a movie.

On the second floor are the master bedroom suite with a bathroom and 2nd bedroom has an additional bathroom outside the bedroom door.
The master has a king sized bed as well as a flat screen TV. The covered balcony off the master has a view of the ocean making it a great place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The master has a bathroom with combo shower/tub.

The second bathroom also has a combo shower/tub.

The second bedroom has a flat screen TV and 2 full sized beds with two closets with plenty of room to hang your clothes.

A large deck that can be accessed from either bedroom is a great place for all guests to gather and enjoy the outdoors in a private setting.

Horizon South is a gated community which access to Front and Back Beach Roads convenient to Pier Park, lots of awesome restaurants, the Pier, and Frank Brown Park. The complex has lots of amenities including 4 pools, a kiddie pool, hot tub, putt-putt course, tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball ball courts, playground and horse shoes. Inside the club house there is a fitness room and pool tables.

Your hosts are Beckie and Joey Nichols from Cumming Georgia. We have been going to Panama City Beach for many years. We have stayed many places but love Horizon South and decided to purchase a unit. We love the family community in Horizon. Joey is an avid bass fisherman and enjoys deep sea fishing. With the purchase of the unit he hopes to spend more time on the ocean. Beckie enjoys deep sea fishing as well but she really enjoys just relaxing on the beach and reading a book.

As the owners we have chosen to rent our unit ourselves.
There is a wonderful onsite maintenance staff that assists with any issues should you have any. Thanks so much for considering our unit. Pls note the complex charges a fee for parking onsite and a wristband charge for adults. The fee currently is $25/car and $20/per adult
