WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

SPI - towers

I had never been to SPI - it was a great place to stay. Good location with all the amenities. The only draw back was the loud music next-door as it was spring break.

What a great condo. Perfect view of beach for morning sunrises. Kitchen is very well stocked. Master bed is soft, second bed is a bit firmer. Washer/dryer and beach equipment (tent, chairs, kids toys) was a bonus. This particular building also has much better parking access than the other buildings. Hoping to be back next month.

We had a great stay at this unit. The views were incredible and the location perfect. Kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The complex is well maintained and enjoyed the pools, hot tub and courts (should be pickleball courts which everyone was playing!) Great service from the management company too.

Great stay for our family group!

We stayed with 6 kids, age infant to 18. This Vrbo was a great fit for our family. Enough space to spread out, make meals, and enjoy the grounds. The kids had a blast in the pool and ocean, we enjoyed the patio. Thanks for making it so comfortable!

Dirty, mold in bathrooms Bathrooms need help, all of the bedrooms need the carpets cleaned or replaced, dirty, crusty, just nasty!
