The home stays cozy year-round thanks to heating and AC, creating a soothing atmosphere after a day of adventure. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next outing, this awesome retreat offers a tremendous base for your getaway. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Hot Tub on front porch does not work. Boatable spring-fed canal in back yard leads directly into Lake Panasoffkee - 3rd largest lake in Florida. Only one hour from theme parks but far enough away to enjoy natural Florida. 20 minutes from Villages.

* Local or nearby Food - Ocean buffet for chinese, Big Bass Grill lake front dining and nice scenery. Mos Restaurant, Bushnel, FL is only 7 min away and has walmart and Mcdonalds, Popeyes, KFC, Tacobell, ice- cream, Mexican Restaurant, Burger King, Pizza, Chinese. The Villages is only 20 min away and has fine dining restaurants and shopping.
* Local Entertainment - Marsh Bend outlet park - neat old bridge to watch river flow, fish and occasional alligator. Webster Flea Market only on Monday mornings until 1pm - largest in Florida - fresh fruit, new and used items, antiques, gifts. Spanish Springs in The Villages for live band, dancing, great restaurants. Liberty Park in Inverness has a nice lake front gazebo and fishing, park, walkpath,farmers market. Lake Panasoffkee recreation center for walk track, park, tennis courts, basketball, softball.
* Most Theme parks are within an hour drive - Disney, Seaworld, Gatorland Zoo, Disney Springs for shopping restaurants and entertainment.
