Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Trash Pickup
Trash pickup occurs every Monday and Thursday morning. Please roll the trash bin (located next to the garage) to the curb at the end of the driveway on the night before pickup (Sunday and Wednesday evenings).

Early Check-In Requests
Early check-in may be requested for an additional fee of $50 and is subject to availability.
