The property was stunning. The staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this property. The private beach was great we were honestly on many days the only people on the beach in our section while the other beach areas around us were crowed. It was amazing.

A Nice Surprise

This was our first trip to singer Island. The location of the condo was perfect. We had resort style amenities at our finger tips. The condo we stayed in was spacious and had everything you could possibly imagine, which was a first. We might have just found our new vacation spot!

This was the first time saying at the Ritz Carlton singer Island and everything was perfect. The condo was everything by we needed and more. The pool being under construction was a bummer but we made the most of the ocean pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I give the condo a 10/10. Definitely will be returning.

The Ritz Carlton Residences and this unit in particular more than lived up to expectations. The condo was beautiful and extremely well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the views were spectacular. Everyone on the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Gabe on the beach - he spoiled us all week. Wonderful Property on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay, although wish we would've stayed longer. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The property is beautiful and the staff inside and out are professional and pleasant to visit with. The private beach with chairs, umbrellas, towels and water provided is a huge bonus. Other than Tue, Wed, the onsite grill provides food and drink service poolside. Owner Bill is quick to respond to emails and we look forward to renting from him for our future visits.

Ritz Carlton Residences

The Ritz Carlton residences are beautiful. The lobby is beautiful, the gym was super clean with great equipment, the pools were well maintained with our favorite being the infinity pool. The beach was so nice with warm and clear water. Our condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean. It was one of the nicest rentals that we have ever stayed at and we will definitely return back to this property again. We highly recommend this condo within the residence.

Elegant and Peaceful

What a terrific property! Very well appointed, elegant condo with a balcony overlooking the big blue sea.November was a very quiet, uncrowded time at the resort, but with beautiful weather. All was "as advertised."I would not recommend this property for young children as it is full of breakables.

Spacious, well maintained, and nicely equipped sea view apartment.

This apartment is ideally located on the third floor, facing the pool, sea, and palms. Large spaces throughout the condo made it a great family vacation with young adults. A well-furnished terrace makes it even better. Its owner has done a great job anticipating every family's needs, from a nice home theater set-up to a well-equipped kitchen to Alexas. Clear communication and instructions from the owner, who was very attentive to our needs.

Warm and inviting

We had a great time at Bill’s condo. Everything was Ritz quality - clean, organized, and pretty! We have a 1 and 5 year old so I was a bit nervous about the “breakable” items in the photos but Bill had no issue with us relocating them. Of course we put everything back when we left! The staff were very warm and welcoming. My family had a blast! We will be back!
