The living room invites everyone to gather — a cozy, light-filled space with comfortable seating and a smart TV for movie nights after long beach days. The adjacent dining room offers the perfect setting for family dinners, board games, or planning the next adventure.



The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully designed for real cooking — stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a charming pass-through bar that opens to the lanai. Mix up a round of margaritas, pass snacks through the window, and let the vacation vibes flow.

BEDROOMS

The Primary Suite: A serene retreat with a plush king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and double sinks — the perfect space to unwind after a sun-filled day.

The Coastal Room: Featuring two queen beds, this bright and airy space offers plenty of room for friends or family to spread out in comfort.

The Garden Room: A single queen bed and warm coastal touches make this cozy haven ideal for quiet mornings or a restful night’s sleep.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the heated screened-in pool, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, and lounge areas. Beach chairs, umbrella, and light workout equipment are available for your use. The home offers private driveway parking for two cars.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful Largo neighborhood, this home is close to everything yet tucked away from the beach bustle. You’re just 5 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach, 10 minutes from Clearwater, and surrounded by local favorites — fresh seafood spots, coffee shops, and family-friendly attractions. The quiet streets and nearby parks make it ideal for morning walks or bike rides before heading to the shore.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is nearby! The beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive. A car is recommended for exploring the wider area, but rideshares are readily available. Tampa International Airport is about 35 minutes away, and Clearwater-St. Pete Airport just 20 minutes.

Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet.

Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.
