Very well maintained and very spacious, 1530 sq ft, top floor condo on the ocean block located in the very desirable Ocean City mid-town area! Brand new state of the art HVAC system installed in February 2019 to ensure guaranteed cool and comfort after a day at the beach!!

The condo has a fireplace, High-Speed WiFi internet connectivity, 60' HDTV, Blu-ray player, large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with solid sandstone countertops. The condo is professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay!

The condo sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom that has an en-suite master bath with a separate shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. All 3 bedrooms have TVs with a 43' HDTV in the master bedroom.

A Gourmet kitchen with Sandstone solid counter tops with all utensils and appliances to make a gourmet meal. Conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants and local nightlife in mid-town Ocean City!

This was a perfect spot for our tournament at the convention center. The condo was just steps to the beach, and across the Main Street from the bay where there are bars, restaurants, and shops for the kids. Everything in the condo was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

Great weekend getaway

We just stayed at this property for 2 days and it was great. Walking distance to the beach, to local stores and bars…. Super convenient. The apartment was clean and communication with the host, when needed was super easy and he responded right away. I would recommend it to friends and family and I’m looking forward to come back in the future as a family.

The place was nice but it was not cleaned well at all when we checked in. We had to mop the floors and clean the bathrooms again. The furniture was old and ripped and uncomfortable .The photos are of what we swept up before we mopped and the rag is after we wiped it down.

The place was great and just as described. It was one block from a beautiful spot on the beach. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I grew up in Maryland and have lived here all my life. We currently reside in Bel Air, Maryland, which is only a 2.5-hour drive away from the beach. I visited Ocean City every year as a kid and I always enjoyed the places we stayed for our vacations. Now my family and I can offer the same wonderful experience to others. We are very excited to offer our home so that you can enjoy the ocean as I did as a kid. The condo is conveniently located with only a short walk to the beach from our ocean block condo! We believe the unique location of our condo allows you to enjoy a sunrise in the morning and then a sunset in the evening from our 4th-floor condo that is nothing more than spectacular! This year we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks on the bay! It felt like our own private fireworks! My wife and I have four boys and we invite you to stay at our home with your family to create memories as I did as a kid at Ocean City, MD!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property because of its location. Our condo is located in one of the most narrow spots in the desirable midtown part of Ocean City, MD between the ocean and the bay. This allows the views from our balcony to be breathtaking because if you look right you see the ocean and then when you look to the left you see the bay. The other wonderful aspect is the convenient location to the Convention Center and all of the midtown Ocean City attractions. The condo is decorated with relaxation in mind. When you are at the beach you want to kick back and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and relaxation the beach has to offer. Our condo is professionally decorated to provide that type of experience to ensure your stay is relaxing and carefree.
