The property and neighborhood are quiet and very family friendly with a park half a block north with large ball fields, a playground, and tennis/pickleball courts. Despite the quiet residential feel, the location is still convenient and accessible. By car you can reach downtown Seattle in 10 minutes and there is a bus that takes you downtown 4 blocks away. Seattle Tacoma airport is just 20 minutes away by car/taxi

Why they chose this property
Our corner of West Seattle is a wonderful neighborhood for families. The streets are quiet and safe for walking or biking and we have a great park just down the street with play areas, a lit soccer field, tennis/pickleball courts, and more. We also have easy access to downtown Seattle via the West Seattle bridge or the Water Taxi.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a quaint craftsman bungalow on a large, landscaped lot. This gives you a private setting to relax and enjoy your stay in Seattle. The house is my mother's home when she is in Seattle, so it is a family home rather than just a rental property, which gives it a unique sense of warmth that we hope you can feel during your stay.
