The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bathroom door open (use door stopper) so heat can circulate. No pets on beds or furniture, use provided pet cot/blankets. Remove all pet fur/hair before check out.
Reservations may be CANCELED by the Host if a signed & dated STR Agreement and valid legal ID for all guests not received within 48 hours of booking via the VRBO messaging app and/or email.
Leave the inside entry door (mud room to living room) closed but UNLOCKED.
No shoes in the cabin, place them on the boot rack in the mud-room. If you need to enter with shoes use provided shoe covers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ID Verification Policy: All guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and a signed STR within 48 hours of booking
If a valid ID and signed STR agreement are not provided within 48 hours of booking, the reservation will be canceled.
Guest ID: ID provided must match the name on the reservation. If ID does not match or appears suspicious, the reservation will be cancelled.
