This is a gem of a property. Right in the heart of Palisade CO. Very well maintained with views of the mountains everywhere. A perfect place to unplug from the hustle of life. Our hosts were fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for the memories

What a spot! Amazing location, beautiful and spacious carriage house on a small orchard with chickens, goats and sheep and the nicest hosts. A perfect get a way and we can’t wait to return.

Absolutely beautiful and serene property. The home itself is really a piece of art. Metalwork throughout appears custom and is really fantastic. Loved the location and ate fresh eggs for breakfast both days, fresh apricots available while we were there as well. The whole place was well-appointed and very comfortable. Would 100% recommend for a couple's retreat.

Wonderful stay on a cute farmette. Private & secure bike storage, riding distance to downtown Palisade, the Colorado River trail and all of the wineriesAnd they have cute goats & sheep, dogs and chickensSeriously, book this place!

Absolutely a great place to stay in Palisade. Extremely clean with a modern look and metal work. Everything needed for our stay was included in the kitchen and bath. Teal and Clint were excellent hosts, very friendly and responsive. The unit is very close to the downtown area with plenty of places to eat and drink, plus a short drive up to the massive peach orchards. My wife really enjoyed the mini barnyard with chickens, lambs and goats! We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. Thank you.

Clint and Teal were welcoming, accommodating, and went the extra mile as hosts to ensure a spectacular stay. The carriage house is beautifully appointed and has a well stocked kitchen with all the tools to have a home away from home experience if you enjoy cooking. I would certainly recommend this rental and will try to stay here again when I come back to Palisade.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought, care, and love you put into creating such a special place. Your attention to every little detail and your genuine care for your guests were truly unmatched.We honestly wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, the Farmette was already booked! We stayed 2 nights and wish we stayed longer. The home was clean and comfortable. It had unique metal work that was quite impressive. The bed was very comfy, it had a nice big shower. The kitchen was very well stocked. The hosts provided us with farm fresh eggs and lavender. We enjoyed the small farm next door. We would definitely stay here again.
