Newly listed one bedroom apartment which has undergone refurbishment and has been freshly painted. The beautiful fully furnished apartment, with all new furniture, appliances and air-conditioned, is in a private condominium with a large swimming pool.

Perfectly located in Olhos de Agua and 500m to the stunning beach or 200m to cafes, shops, bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants.

It is suited for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families.

This holiday beach apartment is centrally located in Olhos de Agua, Albufeira on the stunning Algarve coastline, Portugal. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach and even closer to the supermarkets, cafes, shops, bus stop and restaurants. Albuferia town with its lively nightlife is located a short bus ride away. The Balaia Golf course is very close and the world famous Vilamoura golf course is 20 minutes away.

The apartment has a car parking available on the premises with lift access from the ground floor.

The apartment consists of:built-in wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony.
Bedroom 1 - king bed and built-in wardrobe
Bathrooms - the bathroom and a new shower. You will also find a washing machine in the built-in cupboard in the bathroom.
Kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen with new oven, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. There is a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand blender for your use.
Lounge - The large lounge room has sofa bed which sleeps 2 people comfortably and a solid timber dinning table. The room has been redecorated and boasts new furniture.
Deck - a spacious deck with new outdoor setting available for use is ideal to sit back and capture the morning and days sun.

Wifi and cable TV is available in the apartment

The apartment is self-contained and is suited for short or long stays. Guests have access to all amenities of the complex including a large pool with deck chairs and a lift. The apartments are accessible using a swipe fob for car entry.


I won't be available in person but the property manager will meet and greet you when you arrive at the apartment and be your main point of contact for the duration of your stay.
The apartment is ideal for families and couples who wish to enjoy the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of Olhos de Agua. The apartment is not suited for larger groups who enjoy the more energetic atmosphere. There are strict 'house rules' in place to ensure that other residents in the development do not have cause for complaint.

If you require transfers or pick up please notify me and we can get this arrange at an extra cost

The apartment is strictly a non smoking apartment and we ask that smokers please use the ashtrays located on the balcony's should you wish to smoke. Extra charges will apply if apartment is noted to have had smoking inside.

The neighbourhood boasts several cafes and restaurants to suit any palate. Neighbouring suburbs also have wonderful restaurants which are just as pleasing. There are a couple of hairdressers and beauty salons, a couple of supermarkets and plenty of gift shops available. The beautiful cobbled stoned paths makes morning and afternoon strolls inviting.

Getting around on foot is easy and encouraged. Buses and taxis are available at your footstep and good access roads makes driving a breeze. Faro airport is located 30km away and transfers can be arranged, with additional charges, if requested.
