This is an ideal spot for travelers because it’s incredibly close to everything you need. The Enchanted Lake Shopping Center is just down the hill (2 minutes away), featuring Safeway, local dining spots, and coffee. Close to Kailua & Lanikai beach.

We love Kailua! There are so many different shops and restaurants and Kailua offers the most beautiful beaches. This neighborhood is super quiet but offers quick access to get to town.

What makes this property unique

Central A/C is a luxury in Hawaii, especially in Kailua where the homes are much older. Our home was completely renovated back in 2024/2025.
