Welcome to the monthly rental Penthouse in Lanikai! We have been sharing our piece of paradise for over 20 years.! Everyone deserves to experience the Hawaiian lifestyle! The Penthouse level has the BEST VIEW in the Best neighborhood and is one of the few long term vacation rentals in Lanikai! The home faces EAST (sunrise, moonrise) it is perched on the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean and is on the main street in Lanikai so it is just a short easy walk to the best beach on Oahu. Take advantage of the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. The house has been beautifully renovated with Bamboo wood floors, lauhala mat and beam ceilings, and stone countertops, which give an authentic Hawaiian feel to this tropical oasis. Experience life as a local. It is clean, well maintained, and beautiful. Completely private large wrap-around lanai (balcony), which overlooks the light aqua Pacific Ocean and the Mokulua Islands. The twin islands Moku Nui and Moku Iki have graced the view for over 3 million years. The lanai has furniture and a charcoal BBQ grill.
When you arrive at the house there is convenient off-street parking and three flights of steps to the third level of the house. The Penthouse is private and does not share entryways or bathrooms with the rest of the home. It includes one Master bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional queen bed in semi -private room off the living area, one bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The entire third floor of this beautiful estate is yours to enjoy. Other amenities include hand-stitched Hawaiian heirloom quilts, elephant bamboo furniture, flat-screen TV, and wireless Internet. The home is located on the coveted Lanikai loop—a two and a half-mile street that circles around with cut-through streets along each block. It is great for morning walks and the beach is one block away. Lots of steps but worth it. And yes, you can rent it for more than a month!
