Love this cute little condo so much. The owner/manager Godfrey was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Google maps might make this appear to be in a weird location, but with a short walk up the hill to downtown and all the restaurants/coffee shops, it's really smack dab in the middle of condo central -- the area kinda reminds me of "The Flats" in Cleveland.
Very nice location and plenty of space for three of us staying. The amenities of having coffee and tea and such was very appreciated! The only issues were that some of the windows/corners were a bit dirty and not all of the windows had screens to be able to open. Also, I believe it was advertised to have a king bed but it was actually a queen.
This condo was amazing! The outside looked a little run down, but the inside was very clean and nicely updated. The host left toiletries, snacks, and water for us, as well as other supplies. This was a huge plus since several VRBOs that I've stayed in before didn't even supply TP. The host was very easy to communicate with and all instructions for check in and check out were very clear. Wonderful place.

Nice location but managed by third party
Great location. Clean Place. Outside looks a little sketchy but inside is fine; properties around it are nice. Evolve is third party management so inquiries and communication are not directly through vrbo like other properties. Not a lot of details for check-in. There is no wifi for mobile devices, we had to use ethernet. Reached out to local contact about wifi and didn't hear back, so if there was wifi to connect to we couldn't get info on it. Messaged through vrbo and did not get response.

Cute & cozy!
After searching online for places to stay while we were in Alaska, we decided the best bang for our buck considering our travel plans would be to stay in a rental home with a full kitchen, bedrooms, and a washer & dryer. Having never been to Alaska before and not knowing our way around, we were delighted to discover how close we were to downtown Anchorage and the airport. The city had everything we needed and the property was centrally located and close to the main road heading north and south. We had the freedom to come and go along with the comforts of home. We had the ability to cook/prepare food as necessary. We had a designated parking space. The rental itself was clean and stocked with the basics: extra pillows & blankets, towels, coffee, sugar, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, laundry detergent, pens, maps, travel guide books, and other essentials such as bug spray, bandages, and feminine hygiene products. The reservation process was simple and clear email communication with instructions for arrival and departure were provided. We were happy with the rental. We would stay again.
Looks a bit questionable on the outside but the inside is very nice and the location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. Everything you need.
This condo was perfect for my sister and me while visiting Anchorage. It is VERY well stocked with everything you need. It is updated and the beds are comfortable. The couch could be a bit larger and the living room chair a bit softer but we were out most of the time anyway. The TVs are huge and the other furniture is heavy and not cheap stuff. Towels and blankets were plenty. We walked to/from downtown (5-10 min) but also took Lyft when it was raining (less than $10). I would stay here again.
It was a cute place a pet friendly. But there was no place for the dogs to go potty. Had to call the police for dv across the street….not the properties fault. It’s just anchorage. Stairs outside were full of snow and ice. No clean up. But again it’s Alaska. The home was super cute and they have everything you will need.

Nice location and well equipped
Stayed here for almost 3 months working on my relocation to AK. It’s got everything you would need here. It’s also the upstairs unit so it quiet. Allowing a pet was also a huge plus. My cat was very happy there. Fast internet, well equipped kitchen, and personal big washer and dryers. Excellent!
Location in Bootleggers Cove is awesome. Close to downtown, coastal trail, and Westchester Lagoon.
Only downsides are it has a carport instead of garage, and the place could be an issue if you have mobility problems since it is a lot of stairs (outside stairs to get to the front door and another set of stairs to the unit itself).
The condo was pretty nice inside and we enjoyed our stay. It had pretty much everything needed as far as, technology, cooking utensils and bathroom necessities. It was a nice little walk to downtown; a bit of an uphill hike but we enjoyed the exercise. I’m used to living in a single dwelling house so the downside of a shared wall is you can hear other people talking/living/walking/flushing toilets/showering there and they don’t know how to shut a door reasonably to save their lives. They shook the whole house when the neighbors shut their door in and out of the house. You can hear clanging and banging in the neighbor’s kitchen in the morning so if you are a light sleeper that’s tough too. The owner of the condo is easy to get in touch with, is super friendly, helpful and replies pretty quick. I purchased through VRBO but this place actually rents through a company called Evolve and they suck to get in touch with. I needed to change and extend my stay here and it didn’t end up happening because of Evolve. I have had to change dates through VRBO before elsewhere and that was a piece of cake. I’d suggest getting rid of Evolve and going direct through VRBO if that’s possible.
We live out of town and needed a place to stay in Anchorage while waiting on our flight on Christmas break. The location was amazing. We are a family of five with 3 teenagers. The girls were comfortable in the room with two twins and the 12 year old son crashed in the living room. We all loved the technology in the condo. Apple tvs, security, alexis. It was fun.
Other raters mentioned the stairs and it should be noted that if someone has mobility problems, it could be an issue. We carried large suitcases up and down and it was dicey with the ice.
I would not stay here with more that 5 people. It is pretty tight with 5. It is an AMAZING place though and we loved it.
I would give it a 5 if you did something with the outside stairs. at least cut back the raspberry bushes and weeds that are growing through the stairway. the rest of the place was great
