The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- We can host max 8 adults and up to 6 children (bunk beds) during the day and overnight. Minimum age requirements for all adults is 25+.
- We cannot host any parties or events.  This is a very quiet family oriented street. We have full time owners living next door full-time and can’t disrupt them.  
- We do not allow any pets in the house. -We also do not allow any smoking inside or outside the house. -We can have 4 cars total at the house. There is no street parking in the neighborhood.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- We can have 5 cars total in the 2 driveways. There is no street parking in the neighborhood.
We cannot host any parties or events.  This is a quiet family oriented street, and any loud music, or partying, will have to cancel the reservation. 
- We can host max 8 adults and up to 6 children (bunk beds) during the day and overnight. Minimum age requirements for all adults is 25+.

The property and the amenities were impeccable and just absolutely beautiful and the scenery was amazing.The home was not equipped with enough supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, etc. In addition, the hot tub was not hot enough to enjoy for most of our stay (3 days).

The property is in a beautiful location and easy to get in and out of. The property is primarily set up as a short-term rental meaning you will need to bring a few things that were missing. For example, there are no extra blankets for the beds and the bedding itself was just a top sheet and think blanket. Several of our guests were cold and needed to try find something to cover up at night or when on the couches. The host has a rule of no more than 70 decibels of noise on the outdoor patio, or they can cancel your stay and there are 2 monitors with electric displays that are constantly measuring the noise level. 70 db is fairly silly as the birds chirping were 59db with nobody talking and the neighbor's car started registering an 85. The corn hole boards that were provided all exceeded 70 when the bag hit the board. The dock and boat slip was great and worked well but make sure you know ahead of time that you will need to get a guest pass to launch the boat or you will likely have to drive over an hour to launch a boat and then drive back with the trailer only to do it again when you leave. We were lucky to connect with the local contact who helped us get it taken care of. Just plan ahead. However, it did create a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time when we first arrived so just plan ahead and you will be fine.The host was very friendly and helpful so the stay was good and we would definitely return.

Hi Chris, Thank you for the review and your stay at our lake house. We are just getting started with our lake house and always looking to make it a better experience for our guests. Some things to note: 1. Appreciate the feedback on getting extra blankets. We have ordered these and will ensure there are plenty going forward for all bedrooms and couches. 2. The noise meters were installed due to this being a very family friendly neighborhood and we previously had an incident with loud guests who threw a party and disrupted the full time neighbors next door. We want our guests to have a great time outdoors and indoors. We can relax the 70 decibel ask, with the only ask to be respectful of the neighbors. 3. Our next door tenant who lives in the garage apartment was able to help you with your boat without the need for a guest pass. We are to happy to accommodate boats at our boat dock for all our guests and will ensure everyone has a great experience. Thank you once again for your feedback and staying with us. Host was on point when needing anything and was very punctual. The house had an amazing view of Lake Travis and a beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking lake Travis. It was definitely easy access going down to the lake. Had a super clean grill to enjoy cooking. Also had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. Had a pool table which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and huge jenga. They were never bored. Host is very gracious to supply body wash , hair shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of toilet paper and dish soap. Also provided coffee or k cups to enjoy. Never stayed in a house who provided all of that. So many deers to see which was awesome. Definitely will come back. Also their dock was nice to swing on the swing and enjoy lake Travis while fishing. My brother in law caught huge bass.

We booked a 2 night stay. Two families and adult children 8 total. The house and views of the lake are amazing. Pool and hot tub were clean. Jets in the hot tub worked well and the heater as well. The house wasn't as clean as I would've liked. Some dishes were dirty when we pulled them out to use. The rooms were plenty big and accommodating for our two families staying. Master does not have a closet that you can use, I believe the closet is for the cleaning crew so we did not have access to it. Not a big deal if you're there to spend your time on the lake, and we opted to hang our clothes in the other bedroom closet. Take a wash cloth if you prefer to use one for your body, only one was provided in the master, and downstairs bathroom not sure if that was a hiccup by the staff. When we reached out to the host they quickly provided us with additional wash clothes and hand towels. Overall the communication was great AND our hosts were quick to accommodate us which is so nice. We would definitely stay here possibly for a longer stay to enjoy what the property has to offer.
