In winter, you’ll be close to the Peak 7 and 8 bases, while summer visitors can enjoy nearby trails, parks, and outdoor concerts in town.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. There is no direct access to the Breck Free Ride bus system, but all attractions are just a short drive away. The driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, making it convenient for larger groups.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
