Welcome to the Estate at Whispering Oaks! This unique, sprawling property spans almost 2 acres and offers exceptional privacy. You'll find three completely separate, stylish living quarters, all interconnected by a charming, lit path. The estate sleeps up to 24, perfect for large family gatherings, reunions, or multiple families vacationing together. The main house has a spacious backyard with a stone firepit, perfect for evening relaxation under the stars. Experience the ultimate retreat!
"The Main House" - sleeps 10
- Primary bedroom (downstairs) - King Bed (en-suite bathroom)
- 2nd bedroom (upstairs) - Queen Bed
- 3rd bedroom (upstairs) - Two Queen Beds
- These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom
- 4th bedroom/lounge (downstairs) - sofa bed with en-suite bath
* And then there’s also a sofa in the living room
- Outdoor patio, Barbeque pit and stone firepit
- Full laundry room / Washer & Dryer
"The Cottage" - sleeps 7
- Primary Bedroom has (1) King Bed
with en-suite bathroom - shower/tub combo
- Secondary Bedroom has (1) Full Bed
Full bathroom in hallway with shower.
- Living room has a sofa bed
- There is an additional futon sofa bed in the BONUS area. *Not a traditional bedroom with a door. Just an extra space with a futon sofa.
- The cottage also includes the outdoor converted gameroom, complete with bumper pool, card table, smart TV, oversized connect four and assorted games.

- Living room has a sofa bed and 1/2 bathroom downstairs.

*Guests MUST check with host before bringing any pets to the property. We do have breed and weight restrictions. There is a pet fee which will be applied after approval.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag all garbage before depositing in outdoor cans. Lets not feed our raccoon neighbors:)
Please leave linens in place on the beds. Dirty towels can be gathered and placed in laundry rooms.
If pets approved, all dogs must be kept on leash in neighborhood when not indoors or outside in fenced backyards. Pet waste must be picked up, bagged and deposited into outdoor can prior to departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely love the peacefulness and privacy of the neighborhood and great location with proximity to historic downtown Covington and Abita Springs. A big plus is that this neighborhood it not a thru street. Perfect for long walks.
