Inside, you’ll find twin-over-twin hallway bunks, a full guest bathroom with walk-in shower, and a stacked washer/dryer. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bath, TV, and lagoon views. The open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and essentials, plus a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa and flatscreen TV.

Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with a queen bed, hallway bunks, and sleeper sofa. Fast WiFi, fresh towels, and starter supplies are included.

Conveniently located next to Schooners and just minutes from St. Andrews State Park. Primary renter must be 21+ and no pets or smoking is allowed at this property. Book now for an easy, beachfront escape!

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Please note: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are nonrefundable.
