The location is perfect for someone wanting to be central to all the greater Seattle area has to offer. The neighborhood is serene with beach access 10 minutes away. You're near the wonderful restaurants in downtown Burien. Seattle and all its wonders are a hop away via the highway. It's really a great and safe place to live!

The studio is straightforward: a budget friendly modern living space with recently remodeled features including a large bathroom with spa-like tiled shower, laminate floors, and includes a 1-car garage with additional storage space.
