THE SPACE Enter through a private entryway with washer and dryer and beach gear for your island adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes an ice maker and coffee maker and opens to a dining table seating four and a spacious living room. Bar seating for four, a smart TV, games, puzzles, and books make this a great space for families.
Step onto the ocean view balcony with comfortable seating and bird feeders that regularly attract bananaquits and hummingbirds. It is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and garden views. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and direct balcony access.
Outside the unit is a garden seating area and grill. Smoking is permitted only in this outdoor space.
ACCESS AND PARKING Reserved parking is included and located close to the unit. The front door can be reached via two short staircases or a scenic gravel path from guest parking. Keyless entry allows for easy self check in.

This is a great place for a family or couples. The beach nearby is nice and the pool is lovely for children. The house has enough items that you will need if you are bringing kids. Made it easy and we used a lot of it every day. Sleep was great there. Nice view of the ocean. There is a parking lot in between the view but nothing to be bothered by. Great place to stay!

I needed a relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Some times you get away and have difficulties unwinding because there are issues with the facilities, or the management/owner etc. This was not one of those times. From pre check in, to post check out, Steve was a wonderful host. Fantastic location (so quiet, beautiful and peaceful). The views are breathtaking. Great tourist advice felm Steve, simplified instructions on property rules, very flexible with our check in and check out process. I'd highly recommended staying here if fully unwinding is what you're looking for.

I travel a lot myself, so I built this place around what I actually care about when I stay somewhere. Clean, comfortable, easy, and exactly as advertised.
I’m local and available if you need anything, but I also set things up so your stay is smooth without having to think about it. Most of the time, guests just show up and start enjoying the island.
Why they chose this property
We moved here to raise our kids. This part of St. Thomas hits a sweet spot that’s hard to find. It’s right on the water, close to everything on the east end, but still quiet enough to actually relax.
You’re minutes from some of the best beaches in the world, easy ferry access to St. John, and excellent restaurants without dealing with heavy crowds. The water here is typically calm, and the setting feels more like a resort than a busy tourist area.
It’s the kind of place where you can do as much or as little as you want and still feel like you got the trip you came for.
